"As a college professor, Recallit has been a part of my life for the past 8 years. It has allowed me to keep track of everything! By using the data entry aspect of this awesome program, I document all interactions with my students. They see me enter the information before they leave my office. Whenever there has been a dispute, I refer to Recallit, bring up the student folder with all the documentation and the dispute is over.
Student advisement reports were tedious and handwritten—can you believe it! I started using Recallit—a folder for each student advisee—no more writer’s cramp for me! With a stroke of a key I get a complete report for each advisee. My supervisors love it! For repetitive entries, you can develop hot keys for that particular area—literally one key stroke and it pops up on your report.
The contact aspect of the program allows me to enter phone #’s , emails, student ID #’s, etc. I customize my own labels to meet my particular needs.
I use this program every day! The first thing I do when I enter my office and sit down at my desk is turn on my computer and open Recallit—it stays on all day! "

"I do a lot of software consulting and need good billing software. I tried several applications but wasn't happy. I started using Recallit and I never had any issues with it. Recently I tried an online service which also does billing. After a week of using this service, I came right back to Recallit.
